Onboarding Process Overview
Welcome to our onboarding process! We’re thrilled to have you on board and want to ensure that your experience is smooth and efficient. Here’s a step-by-step guide to what you can expect during the onboarding phase and what is needed from you.
Step 1: Schedule Your Onboarding Kickoff Call
The first step in our onboarding process is to schedule an onboarding kickoff call. This call is essential as it allows us to walk you through the entire onboarding process, answer any questions you may have, and set clear expectations.
If you have not yet talked to our team, please fill out our interest form here.
If you have already talked to our team and need to schedule an onboarding call still, shoot us an email at discovery@goinfusive.com.

Step 2: Sign the Service Agreement
After the kickoff call, you will receive a link to sign a Service Agreement. This document outlines the terms of our partnership. Please ensure that this is completed promptly to avoid any delays in the onboarding process.

Step 3: Complete the Intake Form
Next, you will need to fill out the Intake Form with your clinic and provider details. This form is vital as it helps us gather all necessary information to tailor our services to your specific needs.
Of all the things needed in the onboarding process, this is the one that we can't move forward with anything until we have. The sooner this gets filled out, the better!

Step 4: Obtain a GLN Number
If you do not already have a GLN (Global Location Number), you will need to obtain one, as it is required for McKesson. This number is necessary if you plan to order sterile products from McKesson.
Think you already have one? click here to find your GLN number.
Already know you need to obtain one? Here is the link to purchase your GLN. And, here is the link to watch a step-by-step video on how to obtain one.

Step 5: Pharmacy Document Submission
Once we have received your signed Service Agreement and completed Intake Form, we will send the necessary pharmacy documents to McKesson, McGuff, Empower, and Olympia for your provider to e-sign. This step is crucial for establishing your account with these vendors.

Step 6: Account Activation
After we receive all required signatures and the vendors approve your account, we will activate your clinic in the ordering portal. You will receive a notification once this step is complete, allowing you to start placing orders.

Tips for Your Team
- **Always CC the Account Manager**: When following up after the kickoff call, make sure to CC your Account Manager in the email. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and can address any questions or concerns promptly.
- **Onboarding Timeline**: Typically, the onboarding process takes about one week once all documents are signed. Timely completion of each step will help keep the process on track.
- **Group Webinars for Franchise Groups**: If you are part of a franchise group with multiple locations, consider offering a group webinar instead of individual calls. This can save time and provide a collaborative environment for all participants.
We look forward to working with you and ensuring a successful onboarding experience! If you have any questions along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
