Who Needs to Sign my Onboarding Forms?

Ensuring that you follow these guidelines will help streamline your onboarding experience.

Form Signature Requirements

For McKesson, McGuff, and Empower, a signed license verification form is essential. This form must be signed by your supervising medical provider. If you are utilizing GuardianMD for your medical oversight, it is important that your Guardian oversight signs these documents. We utilize PandaDoc, a secure third-party e-signature platform, to facilitate this process.

**Important Note:** Pharmacy documents should not be signed by clinical staff. This ensures compliance and maintains the integrity of the onboarding process.

Submitting Documents via GuardianMD

If you are using GuardianMD and do not have your provider's email, you will need to upload the required documents to your GuardianMD portal. After obtaining the necessary signatures, please email the signed documents to onboarding@goinfusive.com. It is crucial to remember that we do not have access to your GuardianMD portal, so your prompt email submission is necessary to complete your onboarding.

Onboarding with Olympia

The onboarding process for Olympia is slightly different. When you submit your intake form, we then have all the information needed to begin onboarding your clinic. We will handle the registration on our end, and Olympia will send a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) email directly to your provider's email and phone. No signature is required for Olympia; however, the 2FA must be completed by the provider for the account to become active.

Key Considerations for Olympia Onboarding

To avoid delays in the Olympia onboarding process, please keep the following in mind:

1. Accurate Provider Information: Ensure that the email and phone number provided for your provider are accurate. It is essential that the email belongs to your provider and not someone else at your clinic. Olympia closely monitors email addresses, and any discrepancies may lead to processing issues.

2. Timeliness of 2FA Completion: The speed at which your provider completes the 2FA will directly impact how quickly the account can be activated. Encourage your provider to complete this step as soon as they receive the notification.
