If you are having trouble receiving your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code from Olympia Pharmacy, don’t worry! You can easily request that Olympia resend the 2FA at any time. Here’s how to ensure you receive your code without any issues.
Requesting a Resend of the 2FA Code
To initiate a resend of your 2FA code, simply email onboarding@goingusive.com. We will coordinate with Olympia Pharmacy to have the code sent to you again. It’s important to note that the email containing your 2FA code will come from **noreply@olympiapharmacy.drscriptportal.com**. Make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox, as sometimes automated emails can be filtered incorrectly.
Updating Your Contact Information
The 2FA is linked to the provider's cell phone number and email address on file. If you suspect that the information we have is outdated or incorrect, please let us know. We can update your contact details and resubmit the request to Olympia with the correct information. This ensures that you receive your 2FA code promptly and without any complications.
Important Note on Existing Accounts
Completing the 2FA process does not deactivate any existing Olympia accounts that you may have elsewhere. This means you can safely complete the 2FA without worrying about losing access to your other accounts with Olympia.
