When navigating our ordering portal, it’s essential to understand the process to ensure a smooth experience. First and foremost, submitting a "quote" is equivalent to placing an order. This means that as soon as you submit a quote, our team begins processing your order.
Given the quick turnaround, it’s crucial to be aware of the short buffer period available for cancellations. If you realize that you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of stopping the order before it is finalized and charged. Acting quickly during this buffer period can save you from unwanted charges and ensure that your order is adjusted to meet your needs.

503B Order Cancellations:
For 503B orders, please note that all quotes are final. We highly recommend double-checking your order details before submission.
Once a quote is submitted, there is only a very brief window during which you can edit or cancel your order. If an item has already been placed with a vendor, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any cancellations.
503A Order Cancellations:
In the case of 503A orders, once you place an order, it is immediately sent to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, this means that cancellations are not possible after submission. Once the order is with the pharmacy, it cannot be reversed.
To avoid any inconvenience, we urge you to double or even triple-check your order details before submitting them in any of our portals. Once items are placed with vendors, we are unable to cancel those orders. Your diligence in this process helps us serve you better and ensures that you receive exactly what you need.
